John and Don McLemore are co-owners of Masterbuilt Manufacturing, Inc., which was founded in 1973 by their father Dawson McLemore. John serves as President/CEO, while Don serves as Vice President/COO. Together, John and Don have designed, developed and secured patents for numerous products and technologies that have changed the face of the outdoor cooking market – including bringing outdoor cooking inside with the first and only electric turkey fryer. With more than 50 years of experience, including Don’s active role on the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standards Development Committee, John and Don are committed to the creation of high quality, safe cooking products.
